Building Institutional Capacity for Data-Informed Decision Making, the latest from the Cutting Edge series of reports produced for Achieving the Dream, will help more colleges build institutional research (IR) and information technology (IT) capacity and create a strong culture of evidence in which data and inquiry drive institutional efforts to close achievement gaps and improve student outcomes overall.
